Delivery for Digital Products & Activation Codes

When you place an order for a digital product, your activation code, download link, and instructions will be sent instantly to your email.

You can also access your activation code(s), download link, and instructions at any time by logging into your FMVSoft account.

In rare cases (less than 1% of orders), your order may be subject to an automated verification check by our system or your payment provider. If this happens, there may be a short delay, but most verifications are completed within an hour. If your order is affected, we will work to deliver your activation key as quickly as possible—typically within 1 hour.

Delivery Information for Physical Products

Delivery Times & Costs for Physical Products
– Standard delivery is free.
– UK & EU delivery: 1 to 3 working days.
– Rest of the world delivery: 4 to 7 working days.
– We currently only offer standard delivery, which includes a tracking number at no extra cost.

Handling & Processing Time for Physical Products
– Orders are processed the same working day (Monday to Friday).
– Orders placed before 4 PM GMT are shipped the same day.

Courier Services Used
We use a range of reliable couriers, including:
DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, TNT, Parcel Force & Royal Mail.

Shipping Location
All orders are shipped from our main office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.

What If My Order Hasn’t Arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:

– Check your order status from your account.
– Verify that the delivery address provided is correct.
– Use the tracking number to check the delivery progress.
– If a delivery attempt was missed, contact the courier or your local postal office to rearrange delivery.

If your item is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
